1. The blue iris (lymphatic constitution) is marked by a susceptibility to conditions producing excess mucous, leading to lymphatic system congestion and compromised immune function. Manifesting in a spectrum of symptoms, individuals with a lymphatic constitution commonly experience recurrent or chronic sinusitis, tonsillitis (specifically in children), ear infections, bronchitis, asthma, allergies, skin conditions, and water retention.
